Casey Shelley
About the Author
Casey Shelley is an elementary school teacher and author from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Secondary Education from the University of New Brunswick, as well as a Master of Education in Literacy from Queen's University.
Casey's short fiction and poetry have been published in the Telegraph-Journal newspaper, the Fog Lit Journal Vol. III, Academy of the Heart and Mind Literary Journal , Flora Fiction Literary Magazine, The Emblazoned Soul- A Literary Review, Altered Reality Magazine, The Graveyard Zine, Sirens Call Publications, Little Fish Magazine, Spray Paint Magazine, the Lights in the Fog, Monsters in the Fog and Lost in the Fog anthologies with Partridge Island Publishing, Inc. and Engen Books as first runner-up in several writing contests. She has also contributed poetry and blog posts on various topics to Infiniscape, Inc.

Casey's writing tends to fall within the realm of thriller and horror. She is also passionate about the art of writing poetry. Previously, Casey has worked as a copy-editor for Brunswick News, Inc. and Partridge Island Publishing, Inc. She is an active member of The Writers' Union of Canada, Writers' Federation of New Brunswick and ArtsLink NB. Casey is always interested in pursuing new writing and editing ventures.
